Reporting to the CEO, you'll influence decisions across sales, production and procurement while building scalable processes.Build and own rolling demand forecasts using sales, promotions and trendsTranslate forecasts into production plans across automated bottling linesEstablish and lead a structured S&OP process with key stakeholdersOptimise inventory across raw materials, packaging and finished goodsManage procurement planning and supplier performance (local & import)Identify supply risks and implement contingency plansImprove ERP/MRP usage, data integrity and planning processesThe Successful ApplicantYou're an analytically strong planner who can challenge stakeholders and bring structure to a growing operation.
