We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a high-volume seasonal hiring campaign, recruiting Christmas Casuals across iconic retail brands. About Our Client

Working closely with a collaborative team, you'll play a key role in managing onboarding and recruitment administration for a large volume of hires during the peak Christmas recruitment season.

While the work is heavily focused on onboarding and process coordination, no two days are the same. You'll be supporting a high-volume hiring campaign and ensuring candidates are set up for success from day one.

Job Description

  • Coordinating onboarding activities for high-volume seasonal hires
  • Managing candidate communications throughout the onboarding process
  • Ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time
  • Updating and maintaining candidate records within recruitment systems
  • Liaising with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting the wider Talent Acquisition team with recruitment administration
  • Delivering a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, HR Administration, or a similar support role
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is highly desirable
  • Friendly, personable, and confident communicating with candidates and stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Comfortable working with repetitive processes while maintaining accuracy
  • Reliable, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running
  • Available for the full 3-month contract period with no planned leave

  • Competitive hourly rate of approximately $43 per hour.
  • Opportunity to gain experience in the retail industry within a Human Resources setting.
  • Conveniently located in North Sydney.
  • Onsite for the first month, then hybrid working (2 days from home)
  • Standard working hours of either 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm
