About Our Client

A Global Professional Services firm, Within the Insurance space. Known for its broad geographic presence and integration of technology into traditionally manual workflows, the organisation plays a key role in ensuring the security and efficiency of residential and commercial property transactions.

Job Description

  • Provide general administrative and operational support across the business
  • Assist with remote laptop setups in coordination with the global ICT team
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT and telephony issues, liaising with the ICT team to log and resolve incidents
  • Support with phone system basics and assist staff with simple troubleshooting and training
  • Maintain and update the operations procedures manual
  • Manage and maintain IT equipment registers and key card registers
  • Coordinate ordering and setup of IT equipment (including iPhones and accessories)
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and arrange replenishment as required
  • Coordinate courier and postage logistics between offices
  • Assist with platform or system issues by liaising with internal solutions teams
  • Act as Fire Warden for the office and support general workplace safety requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Comfortable with technology, systems, and basic IT troubleshooting
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
  • Able to follow guidance while also taking initiative
