Job Description

About the role:

  • Define the end-to-end solution architecture, including integrations (Dataverse, APIs, connectors)
  • Provide hands-on development, supporting complex builds, critical components, and guiding implementation standards.
  • Provide direction on security, scalability, and performance optimisation.
  • Review and validate designs to ensure alignment with architecture and development standards.
  • Ensure the integration of best practices in architecture and development processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance system performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions delivered.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure project success.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tech Lead / Solution Architect should have:

  • Proven experience in solution architecture and technical leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable technology systems.
  • Have experience, understanding, or familiarity with Azure DevOps for backlog management, tracking, and deployment activities.
  • Solid understanding of public sector processes and requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and architectural frameworks.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within set timelines.
