This is a Senior Technical Analyst role within a major Cyber Security Program, responsible for supporting the integration of key enterprise platforms, analysing technical processes, and documenting system interactions and security workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical analysis, integration, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across complex technology and cyber security environments
  • Partner with security teams and vendors to deliver key initiatives.

Job Description

  • Analyse and document technical and business requirements
  • Map system integrations, interfaces and data flows
  • Support the integration of critical enterprise platforms and services.
  • Develop journey maps, process flows and supporting documentation
  • Identify current-state and future-state processes
  • Work with business, technical and vendor stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Support solution design and implementation activities
  • Assist with security deployments and project delivery activities
  • Maintain technical, operational and procedural documentation

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you will bring experience across technical analysis, systems integration and stakeholder engagement within large enterprise environments.

You will have experience in:

  • Technical Analysis or Technical Business Analysis
  • Systems integration and interface mapping
  • Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
  • Process modelling, workflow mapping and documentation
  • Large-scale technology or transformation projects
  • Working with cross-functional technical and business teams



Exposure to any of the following will be highly regarded:

  • ServiceNow
  • AlgoSec
  • Firewall management platforms
  • Network Security solutions
  • Secure Web Gateways
  • Cloud Security solutions
  • Cyber Security programs or projects
  • ITSM and workflow automation platforms
