Currently undergoing a large tech transformation program.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Delivery & PlanningProject Planning: Work with the team to define use case scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for the technical delivery.Team Management: Build and lead high-performing software development teams. Assign tasks and responsibilities, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining effective communication and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Monitor and address risks as they arise to keep projects on track.Quality Assurance: Ensure that the software developed meets quality standards and follows best practices. Implement quality control processes and testing methodologies.Budget Management: Support the Project Managers in managing project budgets and track of expenses to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design, and development documentation for future reference. Team Leadership & ManagementLead, mentor, and support delivery team membersAllocate tasks and manage workload effectivelyFoster a quality-driven culture within the team Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with Project Managers to align deliverables with project milestones.Collaborate with Developers and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and resolve issues.Communicate risks, quality concerns, and recommendations to senior management.
