Technical Delivery Lead - (Software)

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery & Planning

• Project Planning: Work with the team to define use case scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for the technical delivery.
• Team Management: Build and lead high-performing software development teams. Assign tasks and responsibilities, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining effective communication and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Monitor and address risks as they arise to keep projects on track.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the software developed meets quality standards and follows best practices. Implement quality control processes and testing methodologies.
• Budget Management: Support the Project Managers in managing project budgets and track of expenses to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design, and development documentation for future reference.

2. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and support delivery team members
• Allocate tasks and manage workload effectively
• Foster a quality-driven culture within the team

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Project Managers to align deliverables with project milestones.
• Collaborate with Developers and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Communicate risks, quality concerns, and recommendations to senior management.

4. Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

• Ensure compliance with standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and tools.
• Implement automation strategies where applicable.
• Maintain technical documentation and quality metrics.
