Job Description

Lead the R&D function across product development, formulation, and commercialisation activities. Manage and mentor a team of four, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Quality and Operations, engage with suppliers, and provide regular updates to executive leadership while driving innovation and speed to market.

The Successful Applicant

You will bring experience in complementary medicines alongside proven leadership capability. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert with strong stakeholder management skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
