Job Description

Own end‑to‑end technical delivery across core products

Remain hands‑on with complex software development

Set technical standards and delivery practices

Lead sprint execution, prioritisation, and delivery cadence

Support engineers through guidance and technical direction

Act as technical anchor between engineers and founders

Improve delivery speed and reduce execution bottlenecks

Ensure products are production‑ready and scalable

The Successful Applicant

Strong technical background in software engineering

Proven experience leading delivery in startup environments

Comfortable remaining hands‑on while guiding others

Experience owning products through to release

Ability to balance delivery pressure with team wellbeing

Strong communication and decision‑making skills

High EQ and collaborative working style

Experience operating in change and ambiguity
