Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Execute automated tests and analyse results to identify and resolve issues.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance and reliability of testing environments.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Document test cases, methodologies, and outcomes for future reference.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in test automation.

The Successful Applicant

  • A successful Test Automation Engineer should have experience in test automation (web/UI and/or API), including end‑to‑end journey testing.
  • Experience testing ERP platforms and business workflows
  • Hands‑on experience with test automation tooling; able to build maintainable automated journeys and reusable components.
  • Experience working in structured release cycles or agile delivery environments, partnering with developers and business stakeholders to assure quality.
  • Proven ability to translate training material and business process documentation into effective test scenarios, expected results, and automation journeys.
  • Strong quality mindset with attention to detail, and the ability to produce clear, auditable test evidence.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, scheduling automated runs, and basic source control practices.
