Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in compliance with company protocols.
  • Ensure workplace health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Train and provide guidance to warehouse staff to maintain high performance levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align logistics operations with business goals.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on warehouse activities and performance metrics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Warehouse Supervisor should have:
