We are seeking an experienced Industry Sales Engineer with a strong background in industrial and manufacturing sales with mining experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your expertise to drive sales and support clients in achieving their goals.
This role involves sales, customer service, account management, business development and high volume activity. You'll spend lots of time building relationships over the phone and in person, connecting your candidate customer base with your clients, making career dreams come true and solving pressing hiring needs for your clients.
This role leads defined streams within a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors delivery program. You will drive outcomes across HR, IT, and the business while supporting a maturing digital environment.
The role will be centred around the complete commercial and contract management of up to 5 existing key customers. The role will be relatively autonomous and relatively balanced across both pre-award and post-award.
Lead end-to-end contract administration across a busy pipeline of industrial, commercial and large-format projects, reporting to the GM and working closely with project and site teams. You'll drive claims, EOTs, variations and cost controls, build strong subcontractor relationships, and bring disciplined contract governance, stepping into genuine autonomy within 3-6 months.
