We are seeking a highly detail‑focused Accounts Administrator with strong invoicing experience to join a busy, well‑established organisation based in Eagle Farm. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity suited to someone from an accounts or finance administration background who enjoys working with data, systems and process accuracy.
Join a collaborative team, delivering accurate and compliant end-to-end payroll for approximately 600 employees.
An opportunity is available for an Assistant Finance Officer to join a well-established organisation and provide day-to-day support across finance systems and administrative processes. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, helping resolve enquiries, support system users and ensure finance processes run smoothly.
This is not your typical Financial Controller role. As the finance lead for the Brisbane operations, you'll combine strong financial control with genuine business partnering. You'll work closely with Operations, Sales and senior leadership to identify opportunities, improve profitability, challenge the status quo and help shape the future direction of the business.
Own key month-end, balance-sheet, compliance and audit processes, ensures accounting treatments comply with Group policies and applicable accounting standards, and builds effective relationships across Operations, Merchandise, Sales, Marketing and Group Finance.
