Night Shift Electrical Supervisor in the FMCG industry. Lead a dedicated team in Mount Kuring-gai, ensuring smooth operations and electrical excellence during the night shift.
This role is responsible for leading the operations, maintenance, safety, and performance of a utility‑scale battery storage asset, while also providing support across additional renewable energy sites in South Australia. It combines hands‑on HV electrical work, SCADA monitoring, subcontractor oversight, and site leadership to ensure the assets operate safely, efficiently, and in line with technical and contractual requirements.
This role oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules (DIFOT) are achieved safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with GMP/TGA standards. You will lead a large production team of 60, drive continuous improvement, investigate incidents, and collaborate cross functionally to deliver high quality product output.
