This is a newly created sales role focused on winning new logo accounts and expanding strategic partnerships with large, complex organisations across the SEA region, starting with Vietnam. You'll manage long‑cycle, multi‑stakeholder deals and position yourself as a trusted advisor to executive‑level buyers.

Job Description

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close
  • Win net‑new enterprise customers while expanding existing accounts
  • Build and execute territory and account plans to drive pipeline growth
  • Engage senior stakeholders across marketing, brand, IT, legal and procurement
  • Lead discovery conversations and sell consultatively, not transactionally
  • Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage complex deal structures
  • Partner internally with marketing, product, and customer teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting via CRM

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
  • 4-7+ years' experience in enterprise SaaS or complex solution sales
  • Proven track record of closing large, multi‑stakeholder deals
  • Comfortable selling value rather than price
  • Strong executive presence and commercial communication skills
  • Highly self‑directed, organised, and motivated by autonomy
  • Experienced in long sales cycles and strategic account management
  • Consultative, curious, and credible with senior buyers
