Job Description

  • Prepare and manage financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost-saving measures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accountant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Yardi beneficial and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience within the property industry is highly regarded.
