Bid Coordinator

Reporting to the Bid Manager, you'll provide end-to-end coordination support across the bid and tender process. This role is based in North Sydney, working full-time on-site, you'll work closely with Business Development and Account Management teams to deliver polished, compliant submissions on time.

Our Client is a national Australian salary packaging and novated leasing provider, founded in 1989 and headquartered in Perth, with significant growth following its acquisition by COG/Fleet Network. This organisation specialises in providing services within the sales sector.

Job Description

· Own and maintain the Bid Library to ensure content and resources are current.

· Coordinate and manage the preparation of tender submissions, ensuring deadlines are met.

· Review documents for accuracy, formatting, and brand compliance.

· Coordinate the development of bids, proposals, and submissions.

· Maintain bid timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

· Manage CRM updates and bid activity records.

· Collaborate with internal teams to gather required content and inputs.

· Drive pitch presentations and broader Business Development team requirements.

· Track and monitor bid progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

· Maintain a database of tender documents and templates for future use.

· Assist in the development of bid strategies and win themes.

· Ensure compliance with submission guidelines and company standards.

The Successful Applicant



A successful Bid Coordinator should have:

· Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines effectively.

· Strong understanding of tender and submission processes.

· High attention to detail and strong organisational capability.

· Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.

· Proficiency in using document formatting tools and software.

· Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

· Excellent knowledge of sales processes and procedures.

· 2+ years' experience in bid coordination, proposals, or similar roles.

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

· Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset.

· Relevant tertiary qualification (communications, marketing, business or similar).
