Job Description

  • Act as a bridge between business and technology to deliver effective solutions.
  • Enhance systems and streamline data access for strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Manage and prioritise change requests across the Pronto ERP system.
  • Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution objectives.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for IT teams.
  • Analyse and model business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support solution design and implementation across multiple departments.
  • Drive integration, reporting, and evolution of the enterprise data warehouse.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst should have:

  • A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within IT environments, preferably in the mining, resources, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Pronto, SAP), including process analysis, configuration support, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exposure to data warehouse projects, including involvement in data analysis, integration, and reporting requirements.
  • Experience in business process mapping (e.g., BPMN) and requirements gathering techniques.
