Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth across Mid-Market to Enterprise level customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Visit clients on site across Sydney for presentations and pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised financial solutions to meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand professional networks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • A strong background in the Professional Services industry, ideally with experience with another outsourced service provider.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful sales presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
  • Experience using CRM systems to track and manage sales activities.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving targets and goals.
