  • Leverage your industry knowledge to identify and develop new client relationships across law firms, conveyancers, lenders, and property professionals
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities, supported by a well-recognised brand and established network
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, becoming a go-to partner in their transaction process
  • Support existing clients by identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand partnerships
  • Provide informed, practical solutions that align with the realities of property transactions and client needs
  • Stay across market activity, industry trends, and regulatory changes to add value in conversations
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and a high standard of service
  • Guide discussions through to agreement, supporting clients with clear, transparent commercial outcomes

The Successful Applicant

You'll come from a property law or conveyancing background and be ready to step into a more commercial, client-facing role. With a strong understanding of the transaction process, you're confident building relationships and keen to use your expertise in a growth-focused environment.You're proactive, personable, and motivated to develop your career beyond traditional practice- previous sales experience isn't essential.
