Job Description

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support technology projects.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand and address their needs during project transitions.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams to ensure adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives to key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communication plans to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change activities with project objectives.
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of change management strategies and outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Change Lead should have:

  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives, particularly within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a busy environment.
