About Our Client

We are partnering with a leading telecommunications and infrastructure provider to engage an experienced Change Manager for a large-scale transformation program currently in the design phase. This organisation plays a critical role in delivering secure network and connectivity solutions to enterprise, government, and defence sectors.

Job Description

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end change management activities across the program lifecycle
  • Conduct impact assessments to evaluate business, operational, and user impacts
  • Develop and execute implementation and change plans aligned with project timelines
  • Drive business readiness activities, including readiness tracking and reporting
  • Design and develop training materials, user guides, and communications
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, translating technical changes into clear, structured content
  • Provide hands-on support during cutover and hypercare phases
  • Work closely with business owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption
  • Manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within tight deadlines

The Successful Applicant

A successful Change Manager should have:

  • Proven experience delivering change within structured program or transformation environments
  • Strong experience supporting technology implementations and system/process changes
  • Ability to translate technical changes into clear, user-friendly training and communications
  • Highly organised, proactive, and delivery-focused
  • Exposure to ServiceNow (TMF module) and Experience within OSS (Operational Support Systems) environments
  • Background working on defence or telecomms programs (highly desirable)
  • Active NV1 Security Clearance - mandatory
