Job Description

  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver insights into market trends and their financial implications.
  • Oversee and collaborate with the technical accounting team.
  • Support the C-Suite leadership team with detailed performance reviews and recommendations.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:

  • A strong background in accounting and finance.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA, preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
  • SAP experience, preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.
