Job Description

  • Develop and execute distribution strategies for private credit products within the financial services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the client base.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential investors and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all distribution activities.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of distribution strategies and adjust as needed.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with tailored solutions and expert guidance.Build relationships with family offices and HNW/UHNW investors
  • Engage wealth advisers and wholesale investor networks
  • Drive investor meetings and due diligence processes
  • Support onboarding and capital commitments
  • Manage ongoing investor communications
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on capital strategy
  • Grow and leverage existing investor networks
  • Promote private credit products and structures
  • Maintain strong client relationship management



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years in private credit or funds management distribution
  • Proven track record raising capital from wholesale investors
  • Strong network across family offices and HNW/UHNW clients
  • Experience working with wealth advisers and platforms
  • Deep understanding of private credit products and structures
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially driven with strong sales mindset
  • Confident leading investor meetings and due diligence
  • Ability to manage full investor lifecycle end-to-end
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
