Job Description

Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:

  • Providing executive, personal, or administrative support to senior leaders and teams.
  • Managing calendars, inboxes, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Supporting rostering and scheduling functions to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assisting HR, people and culture teams with onboarding, compliance, and employee administration.
  • Supporting customer service and call centre operations, including handling inbound and outbound enquiries.
  • Managing client and stakeholder communications across phone, email, and online channels.
  • Providing administrative support to legal or marketing teams, including document preparation and coordination.
  • Assisting with marketing administration such as campaign support, database updates, and reporting.
  • Preparing documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, CRM systems, and filing systems.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external contacts in a professional manner.
  • Supporting ad hoc duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidates will bring:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrator, HR Coordinator, Rostering/Scheduling Coordinator, Customer Service or Call Centre professional, or in legal or marketing support roles.
  • Immediate availability or the ability to commence temporary assignments at short notice.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business, CRM, or HR systems.
  • A flexible, proactive, and reliable approach to temporary work.
