Job Description

  • Lead performance reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial data.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the finance team in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager FP&A (Performance Reporting Side) should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA.
  • Strong experience in financial planning and analysis within the property industry.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
