Job Description

  • Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with all Australian standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to align with organisational goals.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management to support decision-making.
  • Analyse financial data to identify opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
  • Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessment.
  • Manage and mentor a small team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams with all business units.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial reports to all stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA are highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in financial management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in multiple finance ERP systems.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
