About Our Client

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will join a small, agile HR team supporting a medium-sized workforce with a strong focus on an operational environment. This is a hands-on, employee relations-focused position where you will coach leaders, and contribute to a people-focused culture in a business that values autonomy and practical decision-making over rigid processes.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance on workplace matters in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Lead performance management processes, including probation reviews, disciplinary actions, and termination.
  • Partner closely with operational leaders across multiple teams to drive performance and engagement.
  • Support corporate functions with generalist HR activities as required.
  • Build strong working relationships across the business, including senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a proactive, visible, and solutions-focused HR presence.
  • Operate in a hands-on environment requiring sound judgement and adaptability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • 2-3+ years' experience in an HR role with strong exposure to Employee Relations
  • Demonstrated experience managing performance processes and handling complex ER matters
  • Confident coaching and influencing leaders at various levels of the business
  • Professional, resilient, and able to maintain boundaries in a dynamic workforce
  • Proactive and personable, with strong stakeholder engagement skills
