The culture values ownership, pragmatism and leaders who are hands-on and commercially grounded.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a true senior HR Business Partner role, embedded in the Supply Chain leadership team and operating as a trusted advisor to senior operational leaders.You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the people agenda through a multi‑year transformation, supporting leaders as they evolve capability, culture and performance across a workforce of approximately 110 employees (EA and non‑EA).This role is not transactional. You'll be on the floor with leaders, coaching them through complex decisions, leading ER and IR matters, supporting organisational change and ensuring people outcomes are aligned to business priorities.
