Operating across a complex global structure, this is an organisation where innovation, people and performance are at the centre of everything they do.An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join the business on an initial 9-month contract, with the potential for longer-term career opportunities.Job DescriptionReporting to the GM of People this is a critical leadership role within a highly complex, matrixed organisation comprising multiple legal entities, business units and global stakeholders.You will oversee HR operations while partnering closely with senior leaders to ensure the effective delivery of payroll governance, HR systems, employee lifecycle management and key HR projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead HR operational activities across the businessAct as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior stakeholdersOversee payroll governance, approvals and compliance processesManage and support HR and payroll system upgrades, implementations and optimisation projectsDrive improvements across HR systems, processes and service deliveryLead employee lifecycle activities and HR operational excellencePartner with local and global stakeholders across multiple business unitsSupport organisational change and transformation initiativesProvide leadership, coaching and guidance within the HR functionThe Successful ApplicantTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner in the same organisation.
