Job Description

Reporting to the GM of People this is a critical leadership role within a highly complex, matrixed organisation comprising multiple legal entities, business units and global stakeholders.

You will oversee HR operations while partnering closely with senior leaders to ensure the effective delivery of payroll governance, HR systems, employee lifecycle management and key HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operational activities across the business
  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior stakeholders
  • Oversee payroll governance, approvals and compliance processes
  • Manage and support HR and payroll system upgrades, implementations and optimisation projects
  • Drive improvements across HR systems, processes and service delivery
  • Lead employee lifecycle activities and HR operational excellence
  • Partner with local and global stakeholders across multiple business units
  • Support organisational change and transformation initiatives
  • Provide leadership, coaching and guidance within the HR function



The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner in the same organisation. Strong expertise in payroll operations, governance and compliance
  • Experience working with ADP Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors highly regarded
  • Proven experience delivering HRIS, payroll or systems implementation projects
  • Strong HR operational leadership across the full employee lifecycle
  • Experience working within complex, multi-entity or matrixed organisations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a highly sophisticated environment
  • Demonstrated career stability and tenure
