Job Description

The requirements of this role are as follows;

  • Conduct accurate and timely income assessments for clients.
  • Evaluate financial documents to determine eligibility for services.
  • Maintain detailed and organised records of financial assessments.
  • Communicate assessment outcomes clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Provide professional advice on income assessment processes when required.
  • Identify and address any discrepancies in financial documentation.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and data protection regulations at all times.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

  • Strong experience assessing personal and small business income
  • Ability to analyse and interpret small business financial statements, tax returns, and supporting financial documents
  • Understanding of personal income circumstances and income verification processes
  • Proficiency in analysing financial documents and data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A solid understanding of income assessment procedures and regulations.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
