Job Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain hybrid (on-premises and cloud) IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
  • Administer servers, storage, backups, and disaster recovery solutions
  • Manage network environments (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) and associated security controls
  • Oversee Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID) and identity services
  • Implement and monitor cyber security controls, compliance, and incident response processes
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and provide advanced troubleshooting
  • Deliver technical components of IT projects including planning, deployment, and post-implementation reviews
  • Maintain accurate documentation, system configurations, and technical standards
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to deliver and support IT solutions
  • Support education technology platforms including LMS/SIS integrations and virtual learning environments



The Successful Applicant

A successful Infrastructure & Systems Engineer should have:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in IT systems or infrastructure roles.
  • Strong technical capability across:
  1. Windows server environments
  2. SharePoint Online (Design and Management)
  3. Microsoft 365 and cloud services
  4. Networking and Wi-Fi technologies
  5. Identity, authentication and SSO
  6. Backup, recovery and storage solutions
  7. Cyber security fundamentals
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-domain technical issues.
  • Experience supporting and improving enterprise or multi-site IT environments.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
