Job Description

  • Coordinate international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customs regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
  • Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to resolve any issues.
  • Optimise supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international trade regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory levels and coordinate stock movements.
  • Provide support in negotiating contracts with shipping providers and other service vendors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful International Logistics Officer should have:

  • Proven experience in logistics, specifically within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
