Job Description

The mandate is clear: drive growth, build capability, and elevate the commercial footprint nationally. This is a strategic leadership position, reporting directly to the Managing Director, with full ownership of:

  • National sales performance and results
  • Leadership of BDMs and internal sales
  • Lead and energise a national sales team
  • Drive new business across OEM and aftermarket channels
  • Identify and win new customers and industry segments
  • Expand into new regions, including building out markets from the ground up
  • Develop strong relationships with:
    • OEMs
    • EPCs and industrial contractors
    • Asset owners across key sectors
  • Partner closely with engineering and operations to deliver tailored, high-value solutions



The Successful Applicant



We're looking for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of delivering results and building high-performing teams. Experience in industrial, mechanical or engineering-led environments is essential, ideally within fans or air movement solutions.

This is not a desk-based role. You'll be hands-on, in the market, leading from the front, winning new business, building relationships and driving performance on the ground.
