Job Description

  • Lead performance testing activities across the project
  • Assess project requirements and design a performance testing strategy
  • Recommend suitable performance testing and data migration tools, including: Licensed tool options, Pricing considerations, Fit-for-purpose recommendations for a regulated environment
  • Conduct performance testing across APIs and related integrations
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify bottlenecks and optimise system performance
  • Provide insights and recommendations aligned to short-, medium-, and long-term objectives
  • Support test execution, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Performance Tester should have:

  • Proven experience as a Performance Tester in enterprise environments
  • Strong expertise in performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, or similar)
  • Experience recommending and implementing licensed tool solutions, including cost considerations
  • Hands-on experience with API performance testing
  • Exposure to data migration testing
  • Ability to operate in regulated environments (healthcare or similar highly desirable)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory capabilities
  • Looking for someone to start immediately
