Job Description

Reporting to the Operations leadership team, you'll coordinate customer projects from handover through to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

You'll be responsible for scheduling resources, liaising with clients and internal teams, monitoring project progress and ensuring all project administration is completed accurately.

No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of customer projects from commencement through to completion.
  • Prepare work scopes and schedule internal and subcontract resources.
  • Liaise with clients throughout each stage of project delivery.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure equipment is available when required.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
  • Produce regular project progress reports.
  • Reconcile completed works, purchase orders and project costs for invoicing.
  • Coordinate warranty and follow-up works where required.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in project coordination, operations coordination, service delivery or a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and excellent administrative abilities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.



Experience coordinating field-based teams, technicians or service delivery projects will be highly regarded.
