Job Description

  • Lead assigned project streams within the SAP SuccessFactors program
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
  • Coordinate business, technical, and vendor stakeholders
  • Drive requirements validation and delivery alignment
  • Maintain project plans, reporting, and governance artefacts
  • Support program-level decision making and approvals
  • Contribute to steering committee and executive reporting
  • Assist with contractor onboarding and team coordination

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience delivering HRIS or ERP projects
  • Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors delivery exposure
  • Strong multi-stream project management capability
  • Experience working in large or complex organisations
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong governance, planning, and RAID management skills
  • Comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams
  • Able to operate in environments maturing in digital delivery
