Job Description

Reporting into the Property Finance & Administration Manager, the Property Administration & Accounts Team Leader will be responsible for:

  • Leading the property administration, rent roll and accounts receivable functions across a portfolio of assets
  • Overseeing billing, receipting, allocations, reconciliations and month-end AR processes
  • Monitoring aged debt, resolving discrepancies and escalating issues in a timely manner
  • Managing lease, tenant, bank guarantee and security deposit records in line with policy
  • Leading, coaching and developing a small AR team to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide accurate reporting and support decision-making
  • Driving process improvements, system enhancements and operational efficiencies
  • Supporting asset onboarding, data integrity and finance-related project initiatives



The Successful Applicant

The successful Property Administration & Accounts Team Leader should have:

  • Experience in property administration, accounts receivable, rent roll processing and debtor management
  • Strong understanding of lease administration, lease data and tenant account management
  • Experience working with retail or commercial property portfolios
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or coordinate a team in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong reconciliation, reporting and data accuracy skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, including month-end and high-volume periods
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders across finance, leasing and asset management
  • Exposure to process improvement, system changes or transformation initiatives
