Job Description

  • Lead and manage a regional sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive market share growth.
  • Foster strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the equipment rental and industrial services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build client relationships.
