Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance its market presence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:

  • 7+ years B2B sales experience
  • Proven complex deal execution
  • Technology or SaaS sales experience
  • Proven experience in sales across SaaS / IT / Telematics/ IoT / or enterprise technology experience
  • Strong account management and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Experience managing and motivating a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field are advantageous.
