Job Description

  • Support the day‑to‑day operations of private market funds across multiple structures
  • Assist with NAV reviews, reconciliations, and cash monitoring activities
  • Oversee outputs from fund administrators and external service providers
  • Contribute to financial control processes and monthly reporting cycles
  • Assist in the setup, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance of new funds and mandates
  • Coordinate across internal teams and third parties to ensure smooth fund operations
  • Participate in lifecycle management of investment vehicles from launch to maturity
  • Help identify and drive process improvements, automation, and workflow efficiencies
  • Maintain accurate data, documentation, and operational records across funds
  • Work in a fast‑paced environment with exposure to complex, multi‑jurisdictional structures

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-2 years' experience in funds, asset management, or banking
  • Strong understanding of NAVs, fund accounting, and reconciliations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Exposure to private markets or fund structures (advantageous)
