Job Description

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive marketing and agency initiatives.
  • Prepare and distribute project updates, reports, and promotional materials.
  • Facilitate community consultations and gather feedback to inform project development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and public sector standards.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and queries promptly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Engagement Officer should have:

  • Extensive experience delivering engagement for complex infrastructure or capital works projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of public sector regulations and best practices.
  • A relevant qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Current C Class driver licence
