Job Description

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be the bridge between businesses in need of exceptional talent and job seekers seeking their dream roles. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively pursuing new business opportunities while building and nurturing long lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
  • Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Becoming an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends.
  • Attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies.
  • Guiding clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborating within a high-performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experienced Recruitment Consultants: If you have a proven track record of 12 months or more in 360 Agency recruitment, and are seeking new opportunities to excel, we would love to hear from you!
