Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases aligned to project milestones.
  • Plan and deliver Functional, SIT, End-to-End, Regression, and Exploratory testing across integrated HR, Payroll, Finance, and Time & Attendance systems.
  • Validate payroll calculations, system integrations, interfaces, data integrity, and end-to-end business processes.
  • Manage the full defect lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate test environments, test data preparation, data migration validation, cutover activities, and go-live/hypercare support.
  • Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement by enhancing testing processes, documentation, and delivery practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Test Analyst should have:

  • Extensive experience testing enterprise Payroll and HR systems, with expertise in Integration, End-to-End, Regression, and Functional Testing.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, payroll implementation risks, award interpretation, and quality assurance within complex enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience testing Payroll and HR platforms, ideally including Workday, aPay, and UKG Pro (Time & Attendance).
  • Proven ability to validate complex system integrations, interfaces, data flows, and payroll calculations across multiple enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale payroll and HR transformation programs using Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality testing outcomes in fast-paced, complex environments.
