We are seeking a proactive and skilled Site Manager to oversee operations within the mining sector. This is a FIFO role based in Cape Lambert A and offers an opportunity to manage a key project through commissioning and handover over the next 9 months.
  • 9 month contract with Immediate start available
  • 12:9 or 2:1 Roster Available

Job Description

  • Manage daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with engineering and on site teams to align project goals with company standards.
  • Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance protocols.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any challenges proactively.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to communicate updates and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure the availability and efficient use of resources, including materials and workforce.
  • Support the development and implementation of site management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Manager should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in site management within a mining environment.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams of project engineers and
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field.
