Job Description

This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of growth across Queensland and play a key role in expanding market share.

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales activity across the commercial construction sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and developing relationships with architects, builders and developers
  • Driving early-stage specification to influence product selection on projects
  • Managing a pipeline of projects from design through to completion
  • Delivering technical presentations on product innovations
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving project growth across QLD
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support project delivery and successful outcomes
  • This is a hands-on, growth-focused role where you will have real influence over strategy, pipeline development and market penetration.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience selling into the commercial construction market, particularly to architects and specifiers
  • Background in insulation, cladding, façade or technically driven building materials
  • Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles and specification processes
  • Commercially driven with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
  • Confident presenting technical solutions to a range of stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a role with autonomy and ownership
