We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to join a major workforce management transformation program that will deliver significant improvements across planning, rostering, scheduling and operational deployment functions.

Job Description

  • Develop and own the overall Test Strategy, Test Management Plan and testing governance framework.
  • Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing and Release Readiness activities.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to define, review and validate test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate and lead offshore testing resources, including execution oversight, progress tracking and quality assurance.
  • Lead integration testing across multiple enterprise applications, interfaces and data sources.
  • Perform hands-on API and interface testing using tools such as Postman.
  • Facilitate defect triage, prioritisation and resolution with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reporting on test progress, quality metrics, risks and release readiness.
  • Support go-live planning, production validation and hypercare activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Test Lead should have:

  • 10+ years' experience in software testing and quality assurance, including experience in a Test Lead or Test Manager capacity.
  • Proven experience delivering testing across large-scale transformation or enterprise technology programs.
  • Strong experience across Integration Testing, UAT, Regression Testing, Defect Management and Release Readiness.
  • Hands-on API testing and interface validation experience using Postman or similar tools.
  • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps or comparable testing and defect management platforms.
  • Demonstrated success managing onshore and offshore testing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
