Job Description

  • Create and manage staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate shift changes and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee availability, leave, and preferences.
  • Liaise with team leaders to understand staffing requirements and operational priorities.
  • Utilise rostering systems to streamline scheduling and reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and internal policies.
  • Communicate roster updates clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support within the Secretarial and Business Support team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Workforce Planner will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, rostering, or scheduling within a professional environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in rostering systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
