My client is seeking a Council Governance and Policy Officer to join a respected organisation in the public sector. This role requires a detail-oriented professional to manage governance and policy frameworks effectively in Perth.

This role involves sales, customer service, account management, business development and high volume activity. You'll spend lots of time building relationships over the phone and in person, connecting your candidate customer base with your clients, making career dreams come true and solving pressing hiring needs for your clients.
Lead end-to-end contract administration across a busy pipeline of industrial, commercial and large-format projects, reporting to the GM and working closely with project and site teams. You'll drive claims, EOTs, variations and cost controls, build strong subcontractor relationships, and bring disciplined contract governance, stepping into genuine autonomy within 3-6 months.
