A 360 degree Recruitment Consultant position based in Brisbane CBD
This role focuses on managing complex, medium-risk contracts with equipment providers, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals, governance frameworks, and performance standards. Operationally, it includes overseeing the full tender process, handling contract variations/claims, and the development of key stakeholder relationships.
The role will initially be focused on the operational implementation of a new waste contract, with a transition from one vendor to another. Post successful transition the focus of the role will shift to the management of a suite of facilities maintenance contracts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for utilising their exceptional stakeholder relationships to implement a new waste contract locally, and support head office to with budgeting, and sourcing, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
