A motivated and ambitious Level 2 Technical Support Engineer with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years working in an MSP Support Desk Environment. An interest in training essential (learn new skills/processes) in order to map a path and demonstrate career progression planning to Level 3.
